Replace type with a terminal type, for example
ansi.

This attribute specifies the terminal type required for the application, which you should set appropriately for the Emulation Type.
For UnixWare 7 application servers, we recommend you use
scoansi rather than ansi with applications
configured to use SCO Console emulation.
--termtype ansi
Uses the ansi terminal type.
--termtype wyse60
Uses the wyse60 terminal type.
