Client printers (--mapprinters)

Usage

Object Manager Client printers Pick a setting from the list.
Command line --mapprinters 0|1|2 Specify 0|1|2.

Description

Controls which client printers users can print to from their Secure Global Desktop session.

When you enable user-specific printing configuration, users can print to all their client printers by default. If you select No client printers available, you can still use a Secure Global Desktop PDF printer.

Changes to this attribute only take effect for new webtop sessions.

If users can only print to their default printer and they want to print to a different printer, they have to log out of Secure Global Desktop, change the default printer and then log in again.

Note Print jobs from Windows NT 3.51 and Windows NT 4 application servers can only be printed to the client's default printer.
