By downloading this toolkit, you accept the license agreement below.
This file includes the Solaris™ PC NetLink Sizing Tool spreadsheet described in Chapter
5 of the Sun BluePrint publication Solaris™ PC Netlink: Performance Sizing and Deployment.
This is Version 12 of the tool. To use, save the file in a directory, cd to the directory, then
use the Solaris command "tar xvf ./PCNL_Sizing_Tool12.tar" to untar the file. On Microsoft
Window machines, recent releases of WINZIP can be used to access the files.
Sun does not support the Tool.
DISTRIBUTION: Only Sun Microsystems, Inc. ("Sun") or an authorized
Sun VAR may distribute the Toolkit in any form. Once a party other
than Sun or an authorized Sun VAR is in possession of the Toolkit, it may
not further distribute the Toolkit, either directly or indirectly,
in any form, modified, original, or otherwise, to any third party.
LICENSE GRANT: Sun hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable
and royalty free license to use, reproduce, and modify the Toolkit for
the following internal purposes only (no license is granted for any
other purpose):

1. Your internal research use;
2. Your internal evaluation of the Toolkit;
3. Your internal use only, for the purposes
of running your business or otherwise.
Other than the licenses expressly granted in this license grant, Sun
retains all right, title, and interest in the Toolkit.

"WITH ALL FAULTS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
SUN DISCLAIMS, AND USERS OF THE TOOLKIT WAIVE, ANY AND ALL EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
