This is for the use of Disaster Recovery Requirements Analysis (07/00).
Sun does not support the Form.
DISTRIBUTION: Only Sun Microsystems, Inc. ("Sun") or an authorized
Sun VAR may distribute the file in any form. Once a party other
than Sun or an authorized Sun VAR is in possession of the file, it may
not further distribute the file, either directly or indirectly,
in any form, modified, original, or otherwise, to any third party.
LICENSE GRANT: Sun hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable
and royalty free license to use, reproduce, and modify the files for
the following internal purposes only (no license is granted for any
other purpose):

1. Your internal research use;
2. Your internal evaluation of the files;
3. Your internal use only, for the purposes
of running your business or otherwise.
Other than the licenses expressly granted in this license grant, Sun
retains all right, title, and interest in the files.

"WITH ALL FAULTS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
SUN DISCLAIMS, AND USERS OF THE TOOLKIT WAIVE, ANY AND ALL EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMET. THE TOOLKIT IS TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN
RISK.
NO LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL SUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
