By downloading this toolkit, you accept the license agreement below.
This is for the use of MR System for Rapid Recovery (the "Toolkit")
MR packages are modular additions to the Solaris OE mini-root (or boot
image) served up by a JumpStart server. The MR additions provide a
framework to enable the addition of OS extensions into the JumpStart
mini-root for use when system recovery may be necessary. A mini-root
modified by MR allows a client system booting from it to have access to
tools such as VxVM, Networker, NetBackup.
Sun does not support the MR Toolkit.
DISTRIBUTION: Only Sun Microsystems, Inc. ("Sun") or an authorized
Sun VAR may distribute the Toolkit in any form. Once a party other
than Sun or an authorized Sun VAR is in possession of the Toolkit, it may
not further distribute the Toolkit, either directly or indirectly,
in any form, modified, original, or otherwise, to any third party.
LICENSE GRANT: Sun hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable
and royalty free license to use, reproduce, and modify the Toolkit for
the following internal purposes only (no license is granted for any
other purpose):

1. Your internal research use;
2. Your internal evaluation of the Toolkit;
3. Your internal use only, for the purposes
of running your business or otherwise.
Other than the licenses expressly granted in this license grant, Sun
retains all right, title, and interest in the Toolkit.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THIS TOOLKIT IS OFFERED "AS IS" AND
"WITH ALL FAULTS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
SUN DISCLAIMS, AND USERS OF THE TOOLKIT WAIVE, ANY AND ALL EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMET. THE TOOLKIT IS TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN
RISK.
NO LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL SUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE TOOLKIT
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS,
USE, DATA, OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE) HOWEVER IT ARISES, WHETHER
FOR BREACH OR IN TORT, EVEN IF SUN HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
