The software and documentation on the CD-ROM media is proprietary to and
embodies the confidential technology of Compaq Computer Corporation.
Possession, use, duplication, or dissemination of the software and documentation
is authorized as follows:
  
Compaq's copyright is retained for documentation in all forms. Any hardcopy or
electronic copies of files generated from machine readable/ printable files must
include Compaq's copyright notice and must be for the customer's own internal
use. The number of users and the quantity printed must be within the number of
users specified in the subscription service purchased.  
     
   Neither customers nor their agents may customize, modify, or excerpt any
   machine readable or printable files without specific authorization from
   Compaq.
   
   Neither machine readable nor printable files, nor the materials printed from
   these files, may be resold or otherwise transferred to any other entity
   without specific authorization from Compaq.
   
Restricted Rights: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Gevernment is
subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in
Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.2270-7013. Also
included are the restrictions in FAR 52.277-19, as applicable.
