How can a DTU be referring to a negative port number, like these??

Mar  3 15:38:41 [172.16.2.219.2.2]  0x0.0x4a28efe 0:14:4f:e4:cf:80 Network: DHCP Renew: state 6 next ticks 1620000/1620000 result 1

Or am I interpreting the msg incorrectly??
