[SunRay-Users] Error SunRay windows component

When we use the sunray windows component we are getting the following error ussing internet explorer.

Description: Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 8.0.6001.18702, faulting module turbojpeg.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000231e.

Can anyone please help?
