[SunRay-Users] DTU doesn't start with USB devices plugged in

What rev of Sun Ray (i.e p1 - p7)?  Are you using a Sun kbd/mouse.

Sounds strange, my only though would be with some (P2 I think) models 
there were issues with the USB ports not fully powering up.  But should 
work just fine with HID USB devices.  The dead give away for this 
problem was the OSD of 16, USB device busy.
