With the above setting, say you have created a smartcard session and 
logged into
windows session.
For some reason, you have removed the smartcard and so now that your 
smartcard
session is disconnected.

If you do not use the smartcard with in the timeout 24000 seconds 
reached, your
existing disconnected session will be killed.

See utsession man pge for different session 
states(Disconnected,Connected,...)
