Hi Vlad,
The ownership of the actual device belongs to the owner who is logged 
into that DTU.  If no one is logged in, the device belongs to root.

However, if you set up a solaris print queue, anyone can print to the 
printer regardless of who owns the device.  Unless of course you change 
the permissions on the print queue.
