Look into VMware, VirtualPC, Qemu and Bochs.

I've only run Solaris in VMware but have heard of others using Solaris in 
others to varing degrees.  You'll need to run Solaris x86 for those, 
though perhaps eventually Qemu might support Sparc/Solaris.
